Dara Company provides DARA Fleet for authorized staff to manage company fleet operations. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Information we process

DARA Fleet may process account and contact details, staff and driver profiles, vehicle information, fuel and maintenance records, documents and photos that users upload, and activity history.

For authorized users, DARA Fleet may process location data when location sharing is enabled or required for the user’s role. Drivers may be required by Dara Company policy to share location while using the app. Location access can be controlled in the device’s Settings app where permitted by company policy.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate, secure, and improve Dara Company fleet operations, including record keeping, fleet reporting, safety, compliance, maintenance planning, and authorized location visibility.

Sharing and access

Information is available only to authorized Dara Company personnel according to their assigned role and permissions. Dara Company does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Security and retention

DARA Fleet uses authenticated access and secure connections to help protect company information. Data is retained according to Dara Company operational, legal, and archival requirements.

Your choices

You may ask Dara Company to correct your account information or ask questions about information connected with your use of DARA Fleet. For location-sharing questions, contact your manager or Dara Company support.
